HOW SOON SHOULD I RETAIN A DISC JOCKEY FOR MY EVENT?
If you are booking a Wedding for example, it is recommended you book your DJ and/or photographer 8, 10 and even 12 months in advance especially since in a lot of cases events are booked as far out as 2 years
CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN DJ OR PHOTOGRAPHER
Absolutely! We have a team of associate DJs many that all have a minimum of 10 years in their respective fields. Bookings ARE based on availability however we will do our very best accommodate your specific request.
DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE A WRITTEN CONTRACT
Yes, we provide a detailed contract for both DJ and Photography outlining services to be provided, requirements of the DJ/Photographer and requirements to the client.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ENTERTAINER TO ARRIVE?
DJs generally arrive between 1 and ½ to 2 hours prior to the start time of the event especially in cases of wedding where there is a second DJ system needed for the ceremony portion.
*The Photographer are on a case by case basis depending on their retained services.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR MY DJs ATTIRE?
Depending on the type of your event, the attire can range from very casual (shorts and t-shirt) to business casual (khaki pants and polo) to full dress (suit including shirt, tie and jacket). Make sure to discuss the entertainer’s attire when talking about the details of your event.
